Valentin Weber is a DPhil Candidate in Cyber Security and Research Affiliate with the Centre for Technology and Global Affairs, University of Oxford. His work focuses on the diffusion of cyber norms, cyber politics, and strategy. At the Berkman Klein Center Valentin analyzes the emergence and proliferation of the Chinese and Russian information control models.
