COVID at the White House, voter disinformation, and how to report around the propaganda

Yochai Benkler joins the Columbia Journalism Review’s podcast to talk about his latest paper “Mail-In Voter Fraud: Anatomy of a Disinformation Campaign.”

“The most important conclusion I draw, from what we saw, is that it’s those editors and journalists…they have to educate their publics about the reality of the matter, the public health aspects, the democratic aspects, and the fact that the statements by the presidents are part of a sustained disinformation campaign,” Benkler says.
