Barry Shih Yu Yang is currently a prosecutor in Taipei Prosecutors Office. He received his LLB and LLM in National Taiwan University. He also received his second LLM in Washington University in Saint Louis. He will join the community as an affiliate in 2023, his research project focuses on the trade secret protection of the U.S. and Taiwan in the context of the cyber crime. Shih Yu Yang is a experienced prosecutor with more than 10 years experiences in the criminal law area in Taiwan. He is looking for building the connections with the community. He is proud to be the part of the Berkman Klein Center.
