Zach Tumin

Zach Tumin is a senior law enforcement executive who has led the roll out of New York’s social media and crowdsourced citizen engagement platforms for the NYPD. Previously Zach served in senior staff positions at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center, Ashe Center, and Executive Education, and as Executive Director of the Financial Services Technology Consortium. As a Berkman Fellow, Zach supports the Responsive Cities Initiative,focused on explicating the management and leadership challenges of provisioning advanced Internet networks. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Harvard Kennedy School.
