ILAW Turin, Day Two

The second day of ILAW Turin dealt with issues concerning Digital Media. Terry Fisher kicked off the discussion with his proposal for an alternative compensation system, and was followed by Marco Ricolfi of Torino Law School who discussed collective rights management and Leonardo Chialigrione who led a values discussion on digital media.  At the day's end, all of ILAW Turin's lecturers answered participants' questions about other possible forms of digital creativity and potential legal responses.
