WelcomeThe Berkman Center for Internet & Society’s Internet Law Program addresses the most controversial cyberlaw issues being debated by lawmakers in the U.S. and internationally. Taught by world-renowned experts in the field, the program is designed for a diverse audience including leaders in business, technology, law, education, government, media and the non-profit community. No prior background in the subject of Internet Law is required; however, American lawyers may be eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit. |
