"The difficulty of having Harvard sponsor particular campaigns is, who is Harvard? and how do you choose which campaigns the University is going to sponsor? There's a hundred thousand great things happening at any one moment. So the idea of allowing this loose network to do its thing is a really great one. The question is, how do you train people to use that network, and to make the most of it? "
