Participants' Communication Channel Preferences

Every day, we use various communication channels to send and receive various types of information or messages in our personal and professional lives. The way we choose a communication mode or prefer one communication channel to another usually depends on the type of task we want to complete or a particular objective we want to fulfill.

This survey is designed to examine your choice of various communication channels to send or receive various types of information or messages. Through the study we expect to develop insight into the use of communication channels from a users' perspective.

Please select the communication channels you consider appropriate for each type of information or message. (The same options are presented each time.)
