• To help answer some of your questions, the Berkman Center has provided answers to Frequently Asked Questions.  Please note that this FAQ applies to all of the Online Lecture and Discussion Series and thus some of the answers may not be applicable for IP in Cyberspace.

• To change information in your profile - including your email address -  you will need to visit the student directory.  When the page loads, scroll to the bottom and select "edit your profile."

• If you are a member of Group A, please send questions to your Teaching Fellow.  This is particularly important if your question regards submission of your assignment or fulfillment of Group A requirements. Do not respond to the "Bot."

We will try to respond to your questions within twenty-four hours.  The Berkman Center is presenting these series to the Internet public as a forum for learning and discussion. As part of our own research in cyberspace, we are experimenting with software for online communication and will be trying various forms of interaction throughout the series. Please bear in mind the experimental nature of this offering, especially in the early weeks.
