I think this is a great idea. The Digital Dividend Clearinghouse that we =
are launching this month at www.digitaldividend.org has a similar intent, =
providing a knowledge repository and sharing center for new enterprises =
serving bottom of the pyramid markets with digital or digitally-enabled =
services; it is also intended as a platform to funnel resources (money, =
mentoring) to these enterprises (many of which are actually ngos), as well =
as to capture the experimentation going on in developing economies. The =
Clearinghouse already has 300 ventures in its database and is growing =
rapidly. We'd be glad to consider it, along with the open economies forum, =
as part of a Knowledge Commons.
