would like for all of chairman esther's berkman center pals, in light of what
REALLY went on in Santiago, to explain/ defend/ parse her laughable gush of spin
doctoring (that's even more absurd considering that the board was FORCED to
into'open' meetings) :

"The meeting was open, and the openness worked."

as quoted in:

specifically, pray tell what it is that 'worked' at the meeting (other than the
rigged game that was in from the start) considering that the clear consensus for
even a few crumbs of individual representation in the process was completely
ignored in favor of an accelerated  capitulation to megacorp 'intellectual
property' and 'world government' interests...
