[h2o-discuss] New openlaw forum: openDVD

Recent rulings in California and New York have enjoined the distribution of
DeCSS, a program that permits the decryption of data from DVDs by breaking
the CSS access control codes. The defendants argue that the decryption is
necessary to fair use and to interoperability with the Linux operating
system. The Berkman Center is just beginning an Openlaw forum to assist in
preparing arguments for the defense.
