Kevin Sullivan

Kevin Sullivan has been involved in mortgage banking since 1985. He is currently employed as Project Manager, Corporate Development for Fannie Mae in Washington, DC. In this role, he is part of the team charged with new business development and strategy planning. Kevin has served in various capacities within Fannie Mae during the past 10 years. Kevin has been involved with the development and roll-out of such products as Live Pricing, Lender's Performance Workstation and Employer's Assisted Housing projects. He is currently exploring ways to re-engineering the mortgage settlement process in the United States. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Kevin served as the Assistant Director for Mortgage Education at the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. In this capacity, Kevin was responsible for developing and marketing mortgage related training courses such as Underwriting the Appraisal, Underwriting the Self-employed Borrower, Introduction to Secondary Marketing, Advanced Processing and Advanced Underwriting as well as many others. Kevin is a graduate of Brown University. He earned a Bachelors of Arts in History and is currently pursuing a Masters in the Management of Projects at the George Washington University. He expects to complete his degree in the summer of 1999.
