Dennis Robinson is the Vice President of Programs and Operations at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, a school that offers professional development courses focusing on critical issues in land policy and property taxation. Mr. Robinson has overall responsibility for the educational curriculum and program operations. He is currently working on an innovative project to develop an Internet-based interactive training program for local government land use planning and property tax officials. Mr. Robinson has substantial international experience in the area of cadastre modernization and property tax administration reform in Latin America and the Caribbean and in Eastern Europe.
