Isabel Lavadenz
Isabel Lavadenz is a former Director of the National Institute of Agrarian Reform in Bolivia
and also one of the main architects of INRA Law and registry Law in that
country. Currently she is working by the World Bank as Task Manager for land
administration projects in Panama and Nicaragua (LCSES).
