Soria Dolores Caceres Andino


Sofia Dolores Caceres Andino earned her diploma on Juridical and Social Sciences at the Universidad National Autonoma de Honduras. She completed her Masters in Social Law, and Labor and Social Safety Law at the university of "Jean Molin Lyon III" in France. She is presently a Coordinator for the Modernization of Law in the Program of Modernization and Administration of Justice of the Supreme Justice Court, and Secretary of the Association of Labor Law and Social Safety in Honduras. Other positions she has held are: National Advisor in the Modernization of the registry of Property for the Banco Mundial in 1995 (Ad Honorem), Secretary of the Foundation Pro-Development of Honduras Youth (PROJUVENH-COHEP) in1992, Commercial Secretary of the French Society of Engineering (B.C.E.O.M) from 1986-1987, and Deputy Administrator of the Society of International Development (DESARDINS) from 1986 to 1987. Her memberships include: Latin-American Institute of Labor Law and Social Safety (Founder Member -Madrid, Spain 1989); Iberoamerican, and Centroamerican and Caribbean Associations of Labor Law and Social Safety.
