Ana Isabel Lobo Innecken has served in Public Administration since 1979. She obtained her degree in Law from the University of Costa Rica in 1984. At the present time she is the Chief of the Department of Juridical Advise of the Public Registry of Real Estate were previously she was an advisor. Some other previous positions she filled include: Chief of the Legal Department of National Registry from 1985 to 1981, Assistant director of the Registry of Motor Vehicles, Assistant Registrator and Assistant Director of the registry of Industrial Property. Among other courses and seminaries she has attended are courses on Classification and Documentation of Invention Patents, Notarial Code, Administrative Contacts, Registral Matters and Certifications, and a Centroamerican Seminary on Industrial Property.
