Tyng-Ruey Chuang

Tyng-Ruey Chuang is an associate research fellow at Academia Sinica (Taipei, Taiwan) where he is affiliated with both the Institute of Information Science and the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation. He also teaches at the National Taiwan University as an associate professor. He does research in programming languages, Web technologies, geo-spatial informatics, and Internet and society.
