Renee Lloyd is a Fellow in the Clinical Program at the Berkman Center. Renee brings nine years of experience counseling start-up and mature businesses and institutions on corporate and technology matters including, financing, joint ventures, technology acquisitions and spin-offs and other strategic ventures, software and patent licensing, including commercial agreements for product development and distribution and other day-to–day operational business issues. Renee practiced in the corporate departments of McDermott, Will & Emery and Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, PC; in-house as senior corporate counsel at RSA Security; and, most recently, as associate director of technology transactions at Harvard's Office of Technology Development.
