Ken Carson

Ken will be working on digital health and privacy initiatives as a Berkman Fellow. He is a lawyer who, before joining Berkman, served as Assistant Provost for Research Policy at Harvard. His work focused on human subject research policy, research data security policy, and financial conflict of interest. He was a member of the University Area IRB for fifteen years. Previously, he was General Counsel for MyCounsel.com, a consumer law startup, and, while in private practice, he founded NetLitigation.com, an early Internet Law website. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
