Francesco Marconi

Francesco Marconi is a media technologist and researcher studying news and information. He is a corporate strategist at the Associated Press and affiliate researcher at the Berkman Center for Internet and society.

Francesco studied business and journalism at the University of Missouri and completed his post grad at Columbia Business School's Media Program.

His most recent projects include developing the lecture series NYC Media Seminars, launching Mo. Business Alert, a digital only newsroom and creating Project Scope, a content recommendation tool for Hearst digital publications.

Francesco started his career at the United Nations researching science and technology solutions for developing countries, resulting in the publishing of his first book and ted talk on Reverse Innovation.He lives in New York with his girlfriend Rachel and their pet fish, sushi.
