Diane Cabell is a Berkman Center Fellow Emeritus. From 2000-2004 she was the Berkman Center's Director of Clinical Programs, and she now works as the corporate secretary for the Creative Commons Corporation. She is a UDRP panelist for the World Intellectual Property Corporation and serves on the advisory board of the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic.
