Ana Enriquez is a fellow at the Berkman Center, where she contributes to the CopyrightX project.

She is interested in how tech law, especially copyright, furthers (and hinders) the aims of libraries, universities, and other educational institutions.

Ana received her J.D. from Berkeley Law in 2013. During law school, she worked for the Harvard Law School Library and the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic. She holds an A.B. in history and literature from Harvard College.

CopyrightX is a twelve-week networked course offered under the auspices of Harvard Law School, the HarvardX distance-learning initiative, and the Berkman Klein Center.
