Thanks for your interest in applying for the Berkman Academic Fellowship in the 2011-2012 academic year. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through 11:59 p.m. ET on November 15, 2010. Incomplete applications and applications received after the application deadline will not be accepted or reviewed. You have reached the webform that will accept a portion of your application materials.

Please see the application checklist below detailing the full set of materials required to complete the application and means for their submission:

  1. A current resume or CV. Required to be included as an attachment to the webform
  2. A personal statement not to exceed 500 words. Required to be included as an attachment to the webform
  3. A concise yet comprehensive outline for your proposed work, not to exceed 1,500 words (or multimedia equivalent). Required to be included as an attachment to the webform
  4. A copy of your most recent publication (eg: book chapter or article) or any other piece of your work that is related to Internet research. It should be in English. Required to be included as an attachment to the webform
  5. Two letters of reference, to be sent directly from the referrer to Rebecca Tabasky at rtabasky at cyber.law.harvard.edu. Required to be emailed directly from the reference
  6. Copies of recent academic transcripts (unofficial copies accepted) Required to be included either as an attachment to the webform, mailed to the Berkman Center care of Rebecca Tabasky at 23 Everett Street, Second Floor, Cambridge, MA 02138, or sent electronically through the home institution's channel.
