From Spring 2010-early 2011, under the guidance of Professor Jack
Goldsmith, the Berkman Center team has been developing a wiki that
houses an evolving set of foundational resources on cybersecurity,
broadly-defined. It includes an annotated list of close to 90 relevant
articles and literature.
This wiki is intended as a tool/resource for researchers,
technologists, students, policy-makers and others who are interested in
cybersecurity issues more broadly. The featured articles, dating
through 2010, represent a starting point for our effort; they were
selected on the recommendation of select
researchers. During the next phase of the project, experts,
policy-makers, academics, students and others will be asked to review
and evaluate the current collection and make recommendations for
additional resources to include, especially publications from 2011 and
2012.
Beginning with a detailed Table of Contents, the
wiki intends to enable to facilitate research and discussion via a
variety of different entry points, including Overview articles, Resource by Type, or issue-based
articles, including those that focus on Threats and Actors,
Issues, and Approaches. As you drill deeper into an
article, you will find: a full title and citation of reference (and
where possible, a link to the publicly available version of the
article), categorization by issue or by keyword,
a detailed synopsis, and, where possible, additional notes and
highlights.
We hope and expect for this initial resource to grow over time with
suggestions from researchers, experts, and other users. We welcome
suggestions and comments; please set up your own account via the wiki,
and share suggestions for additional articles and materials for
inclusion in the next phase of the project.
