William Fisher is the Berkman Center's Faculty Director. He is the WilmerHale Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Harvard Law School and he specializes in intellectual property law and American legal history.

Yochai Benkler

Jack N. and Lillian R. Berkman Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies, Harvard Law School
Director, Berkman Center for Internet & Society

Yochai Benkler is the Jack N. and Lillian R. Berkman Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at Harvard Law and a Faculty Co-Director of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society. He writes about the Internet and the emergence of networked economy and society, as well as the organization of infrastructure, such as wireless communications.

John Palfrey

As Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, John’s work focuses on Internet law, intellectual property, and the potential of new technologies to strengthen democracies locally and around the world. As Vice Dean for Library and Information Resources, he directs the Harvard Law School Library and co-chairs the school's IT committee.
