Michael L. Best is currently a faculty associate with the Berkman Center for Internet & Society where he focuses on the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) for social, economic and political development.

John Henry Clippinger was the Co-Director of The Law Lab at Harvard University, a multi-disciplinary project founded to research the role of social, neurological, and economic mechanisms on the role of law in facilitating cooperation and entrepreneurial innovation.

Judith Donath is a Berkman Faculty Fellow, researcher and designer who is interested in questions such as: How do we perceive other people on-line? What does a virtual crowd look like? How do social conventions develop in the networked world?

Rob Faris

Research Director for the Berkman Center

Rob Faris joined the Berkman Center in May 2006. His work is focused on carrying out a global study of Internet censoring practices covering 35 countries in conjunction with colleagues at the OpenNet Initiative.

William Fisher is the Berkman Center's Faculty Director. He is the WilmerHale Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Harvard Law School and he specializes in intellectual property law and American legal history.
