Sign-Up Open for Food For Thought Dinners

Click here to sign up for a Food For Thought dinner.  These dinners are meant to be an opportunity for conference attendees to converse in a more intimate and in-depth setting with the conference speakers and performers.  All dinners will start at 7:00 at the restaurant listed on the information page.  Reservations are being held under the name of the discussion leader.  Because of limited space, you must sign up if you want to attend.  Please note that each attendee will pay for his/her own meal.
