Panel discussions with representatives of existing membership organizations. We hope to draw on the experience of other groups in such areas as membership definition, member communication, nomination and election procedures, and handling diverse constituencies or wide geographic distribution. We will be asking how ICANN is similar to and different from established groups.-LUNCH-

Who is a member?: defining membership boundaries and criteria
How do members relate to ICANN?: rights and obligations of membership
How do members elect at-large directors?: communication in the nomination and election processes Panel of theoretical perspectives on membership and representation, with relation to the specific challenges ICANN will face.
