Bakari Brock ('05)
Co-Director
Bakari graduated from University of Georgia in 2001, cum laude & with honors. Prior to law school, Mr. Brock spent several years on the road touring the east-coast venue circuit. Later transitioning to a management role, his involvement in the business led him towards the legal path. Still involved in the music business through his affiliation with the Recording Academy and continued artists management purists, Bakari will also spend the spring of 2004 at the RAP clinical office located in Jamaica Plain. Upon graduation, Bakari will pursue job opportunities in either Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA. Mr. Brock's other interests include serving as Article Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law review and visiting the gym as frequently as possible.
Adam Burrows ('06)
Case Manager
Adam is a 2l at Harvard Law School from Des Moines, Iowa. He received his BA in American Culture from the University of Michigan in 2003. He spent last summer working for California Lawyers for the Arts in Santa Monica, where he worked on RAP-type cases along with issues from other areas of entertainment law. Adam will be working in Southern California again this summer.
Michael Fluhr ('06)

Mike is a 2L at Harvard Law School from Philly. He graduated from Penn State, where he majored in physics. He spent last summer at the Hale & Dorr Legal Services Center working for the RAP project.
Aaron Kotok ('05)
Special Events Coordinator
Aaron is originally from Buffalo, NY and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998 with degrees in International Relations and American History. He spent the next four years in Washington, DC working for the Corporate Executive Board in research and member relationship capacities. During his first summer at Harvard Law School, he worked for Professor Terry Fisher in finalizing his book on the future of digital media distribution and interned for Patti Jones, a Boston-based lawyer with a music law practice. He will work for the Washington, DC-based law firm Venable in his second summer. He lives in Brookline with his wife, Rebecca, and spends much of his free time and disposable income in expanding his collection of nearly 2,000 CDs and attending live performances by the likes of Bob Dylan, Galactic, Phish, Elvis Costello, the Disco Biscuits, and the Jayhawks.
Byron McLain ('06)
Secretary
Byron is a 2L at Harvard Law School. He graduated from Harvard University in 2000 and received his certificate in screenwriting from UCLA in 2002. He recently finished his first novel entitled 'Brotherly Love' and is currently working on a nonfiction piece. He enjoys candlelight dinners, good poetry and long walks in the park.
Regan Smith ('06)

After studying philosophy at the University of Michigan, Regan held various positions at film companies in New York. She became an executive at a start-up entertainment company, focusing on feature film physical production and marketing and the launches of a music label and live theatrical venture. Because she spent college working at a record store, she will listen to just about anything. She spent last summer working at a media law firm in New York.
