Is there a way to set up a MT server like this in areas where it needs to remain private and inaccessible to others. How hard would this be to do?
John Balogh: Yup. An area with great internal connectivity, but no "internet" access.

How do we encourage 1st-year seminar folks to integrate e-Ports into the PSU Experience, and then assist specific disciplines to encourage, even insist on, e-Ports throughout the student's PSU experience?
April Sheninger: How can we encourage students to gather evidence for cocurricular (non-academic) experiences and write about them in meaningful ways?
Anonymous: Isn't it beyond 1st year seminar. It should even be pushed to entry level classes in disciplines even at the graduate level.
Anonymous: Possibly have students who have blogged for a number of years talk about the benefits they've received?

What happens with their ePortfolios after they graduate?
John Balogh: Does this qualify as PSU IP? Ie: do the ePortfolios need to be archived for X years? Did the old paper versions need to be archived?
Anonymous: Since they are in their personal space, they go away 6 months after they leave the University, unless they download them. As to archiving, a good question that I haven't heard an answer to.
Anonymous: Since they go away in 6 months, what process is in place to move their portfolio to a "new" space?
Anonymous: aha! export blog.

Anonymous: Yes, or share our ideas in some other ways: through community sites, podcasting, presentations, etc...
Anonymous: Yes. My leadership even prefers having conference reports aggregated as a blog.
Dana: A colleague made the comment to me that if I have enough time to blog, it might look like I don't have enough to do.
