This application report reviews the Acez Jukebox application, produced by Acez Software.

We find that Acez Jukebox is badware because it installs additional applications without disclosure and is bundled with applications that reportedly behave as badware. In addition, the application fails to uninstall these bundled applications upon uninstallation. Furthermore, this application redirects a valid URL without disclosure, and if the user chooses to install the bundled PowerSearch toolbar along with the Jukebox application, the user's homepage is changed without disclosure.

We currently recommend that users do not download the version of Acez Jukebox that we tested, unless the user is comfortable with the level of risk we identify or until the application is updated consistent with the recommendations in this report.
