Maps of Intellectual Property

The links below provide access to native versions of the mindmaps I employ in conjunction with my courses on intellectual property law. For "flash" versions of the maps -- and for explanations of their content, purposes, and status -- see http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/people/tfisher/IP/IPMaps.htm.

All of these maps were prepared using the Mindmanager mapping program. They can thus of course be viewed and modified using Mindmanager, but they can also be imported into a variety of other (much less expensive) programs. The program I find most useful for viewing the maps on IOS devices is iThoughts.

The following links provide access to text files, which contain all of the information in the maps in "raw" form. Users who prefer instructional material in traditional outline form can employ the text in these files to build their own outlines.

I modify these maps periodically. If you find one of them useful, you should recheck this page periodically to ensure that you have the most up-to-date version.
