Munmun De Choudhury is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Interactive Computing at Georgia Tech. Her research interests are in the emergent area of computational social science. Munmun is motivated by how he availability of large-scale online social data, coupled with computational methods and resources can help us answer fundamental questions relating to our social lives and wellbeing. Her work has won best paper and honorable mention awards from the Association for Computing Machinery.
