Scanned Copy of AA's December Newsletter Insert

The images below reflect a portion the newsletter I received in early December from American Airlines. Of particular interest to me is the apparent increase (see top of second scanned image below) in mileage required for one-way upgrades from full-fare Business to First (on three-class airplanes): Now 15000 miles (award 15KK) for three-class domestic flights, and 25000 miles (25SS) to Europe and South American. Previously, these awards were 5000 and 10000 miles, respectively, and the Member Guide at aa.com still reflects as much (aa.com - AAdvantage - Member Guide - Using Miles - Using Miles on Airlines - American Airlines). I hope that this is just a typo, but the wording seems so clear, careful, precise, and unambiguous that I cannot help but fear the contrary.
