Ching-Yi Liu

Ching-Yi Liu is a Professor of law at National Taiwan University and Principal Investigator of Taiwan's National E-Learning and Digital Archives Program.  She is exploring issues related to network neutrality, technology policies related to digital libraries, and freedom of the press in the Internet age.
