Chunyang Hu is an Associate Prof. in the Department of Communication of Journalism School at Fudan University and a research fellow at the Center for Information and Communication Studies at Fudan University. As a fellow at the Berkman Center, she will probe into how the social media especially micro-blog, by reconfiguring the relations between states and citizens, causing fundamental shifts in patterns and mechanism of contentious politics.
