Christopher Bavitz

Christopher T. Bavitz is a Clinical Fellow in the Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Center. Christopher's practice during the past ten years has focused on intellectual property, particularly in the fields of music and entertainment law. Prior to joining the Clinic, Christopher served as Director and then Senior Director of Legal affairs for EMI Music North America. From 1998-2002, Christopher was an associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and RubinBaum LLP / Rubin Baum Levin Constant & Friedman, where he worked in the area of general commercial litigation with an emphasis on copyright and trademark matters. Christopher received his B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University in 1995 and his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School in 1998.
