Nesson, CyberOne, and the RIAA

Berkman Center founder Charles Nesson and his CyberOne class are moving forward with their case against the RIAA. Nesson and his class are in the process of defending Joel Tenenbaum, a Boston University graduate student being sued by the RIAA for copyright infringement, in a case that has garnered national media attention.
