Last Day to RSVP for Homeland Security Public Hearing

The Berkman Center and Harvard Law School are hosting The Department of Homeland Security Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee Meeting, a public hearing for the US Department of Homeland Security June 14-15. June 14 is a private meeting of the Advisory Committee, but June 15 (Wednesday) is an open public hearing on privacy and technology.  The schedule is available here, and the general website is here.

Today is the last formal day for open-registration. If you’d like to attend the public hearing, you can just observe and/or offer a public comment.   If you'd like to testify or offer up a public comment, just indicate that when you RSVP. To RSVP, email: privacycommittee@dhs.gov  If you don't know now whether or not you'll be in the area, day-of registration is possible so long as seating is still available. Just bring a valid ID with you to the hearing, and if space is available you'll be allowed in.
