First ILAW Module Released

Every participant at ILAW is provided with learning modules in advance of the conference.  The modules are essays written by ILAW faculty and cover topics that will help participants understand the basics of cyberlaw before attending the conference. This year's topics are: Peer to Peer Copying, Alternatives to Intellectual Property, Privacy, Freedom of Expression on the Internet, Legal Regulation of Interconnectivity, Cybercrime, Online Business-method Patents, Domain Names, Jurisdiction, and Access to the Internet.

Yesterday we released the first module on "peer to peer copying." Other modules will be released every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  If you have already registered for ILAW, you can access "Peer to Peer Copying" here.
