Upcoming event: Gruter Berkman Roundtable

Join us this coming Wednesday, March 30, for a Gruter Berkman Roundtable with Oliver Goodenough (Vermont Law School and Gruter Institute) and Beth Noveck (New York Law School).  Goodenough and Noveck will focus on how structures and institutions help solve the problems of cooperation, and on how those structures are built in at all kinds of levels of organization, ranging from the biochemical (e.g. meiosis), to the physical (the double key lock box), to business custom (documentary trade transaction), to the legal (business organizations) to the next generation of web platforms.
