Tonight's ILC Speakers: Cass Sunstein and Pew Researchers

University of Chicago law professor Cass Sunstein will discuss "The Nightmare and the Noble Dream: Extremism and Information Aggregation on the Internet" at tonight's Internet Law Colloquium from 5 to 7 pm in Morgan Courtroom, Austin Hall (third floor). His talk will draw from, in part, chapters 2 and 4 of this document. Researchers John Horrigan, from the Pew Internet & American Life Project, and Kelly Garrett, from the University of Michigan School of Information, will serve as respondents. They will describe the results of the Pew-sponsored study, The Internet and Democratic Debate.
