Archived Biography: Rebecca Brackley was an LLM candidate at Harvard Law School. She is particularly interested in intellectual property issues in cyberspace, including the intersection of constitutional law and intellectual property. Prior to joining the LLM program, Rebecca was an associate at Torys in Toronto, Canada working in the corporate and technology groups. Rebecca received both her LLB and H.BSc (in psychology) from the University of Toronto.

At the Berkman Center, Rebecca was a teaching fellow for the BOLD Series “Development on the Internet”. She was also involved in researching free speech issues in domain name disputes.
