Spotlight on IP
July 12, 2004
The recently released
Harvard Law Bulletin provides a spotlight on the current state of Intellectual Property. The issue describes the Berkman Center's
Digital Media Project and the alternate visions for intellectual property offered by the three professors leading the project, which have become the foundation of the Project's
5 Scenarios. The issue also features an essay from Prof. Fisher on
Disaggregation and an inside look on several Berkman-related projects such as the
Recording Artists' Project and
an initiative to improve access to digital textbooks in K-12 classrooms. See the
Bulletin's homepage for a full list of the magazine's IP readings.
