2Ls Ory Okolloh and Renny Hwang are leading a team of volunteers preparing an amicus brief in Capital Records v. Alaujan, the latest copyright suit by the recording industry against music downloaders.   The court invited a select number of advocacy organizations to present possible arguments on behalf of the many defendants who cannot afford counsel.  Earlier this term, Renny and Ory drafted a domain name dispute policy for the Republic of Palau in conjunction with the .pw ccTLD.
