On Monday, February 23rd, Eben Moglen, General Counsel of the Free Software Foundation, will speak at Harvard Law School. The event, sponsored by the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology (JOLT), will take place at 6:30pm in Austin East. Moglen, also Professor of Law and Legal History at Columbia Law School, will speak on the topic, "SCO and after SCO: The Legal Future of Free Software." All are welcome. Moglen will be introduced by Berkman Faculty Co-Director Jonathan Zittrain.
