Diebold Backs Down - Will Not Pursue DMCA Violations

Diebold has filed with the court in the case brought by the
EFF and
Stanford's Center for Internet and Society that they will not pursue copyright litigation and will withdraw its existing DMCA notifications regarding the posting of their internal documents. See the
