The Workshop on Global ICT Education Program, held October 29 and 30 at MIT, brought together an Advisory Council for the Program, which aims to offer training courses to young ICT leaders of developing countries. Berkman Staff Member Colin Maclay participated in the full workshop, while Berkman Executive Director John Palfrey spoke on the panel "Creating a Habitat in Developing Countries."
