The Berkman Center and Harvard Law School Offer Cyberlaw Courses This Fall
September 08, 2003
The Berkman Center is thrilled to announce that
Professor Charles Nesson's Digital Democracy and
Executive Director John Palfrey's Cyberlaw and the Global Economy, in addition to
Professor Jonathan Zittrain's reading group, Current Trends in Cyberlaw, are all being offered this fall at
Harvard Law School. These three curricular offerings, while separate for the most part, will share ideas through several venues. Students will collaborate through
H2O rotisserie discussions, as well as through individual
weblogs. Also, throughout the semester, the Berkman Center will host its famed Food For Thought dinners for students across the three classes to discuss the issues face-to-face.
